Description
This is a course designed to describe the Strategic Planning Process that can be used by most organizations including:
- School District
- Country Offices of Education
- Cities
- Police and Fire Department
- Business Organizations
- Volunteer Organizations
- Humanitarian Organization
The course focuses mainly on the process of upgrading or building new facilities but also discusses how to improve personnel, budgets, leadership , etc , by evaluating the finished Strategic Plan, Funding the Plan and changing it as necessary on a yearly or bi-yearly basis.
