Description
This two part webinar is designed to help school leaders work take the next steps in dealing with the next steps in serving students in a post pandemic world.
Part 1: Since March 2020, educational leaders have spent much of their time focusing on the immediate needs of their schools and districts. As we move forward into the new school year, leaders can use lessons learned during the pandemic to develop best practices that improve outcomes for students. This 6-hour course will help participants identify areas for improvement or focus within their system, develop a plan for stakeholder input and buy-in, and provide strategies for using research and data in the process.
Part 2: Because the road to success is often a bumpy one, this 3-hour course provides a follow-up for participants. Topics will include identifying barriers to success, coping with resistance, and celebrating the improvement process.
